Frequently asked questions

Is the price per person or per car?
All prices are per car, all-inclusive with fuel and tolls. One passenger or a full car, the price is the same.
How can I pay?
Pay by PromptPay (scan QR) or credit card. We send payment details after confirming your price. No payment is needed before confirmation.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and you can cancel or reschedule free of charge. Later than that, we review case by case.
Travelling with a child or lots of luggage?
Just mention it in the notes when booking. We have child seats and will match the car to your luggage.
Do you serve routes not listed here?
Yes, nationwide. Set your own pickup and destination in the booking form and we will quote before confirming.
